We carry out all the necessary steps, both for buyers and sellers, such as:
- Advise you on your tax liability and other expenses related to the purchasing or selling of a property
- Check with the land registry the current ownership of the property and confirm that there are no existing unpaid debts, unpaid taxes, rental contracts, etc.
- Where appropriate, check that the property has all the necessary licenses and/or planning permission
- Draw up a purchase contract or approve contracts provided by others
- Accompany you to the Spanish Notary to sign the Title Deeds (or we sign it with a legal Power of Attorney when this additional service is required).
- Arrange for payment of taxes, registration fees and notary honours in accordance with the property conveyancing
- Arrange for the property to be registered at the Land Registry
- Carry out various tax declarations both for buyers and sellers related to the property conveyancing
- Furthermore, we can also assist you with mortgage advice when purchasing a property in Spain
